On the main item of invoices, the conditions tab is not displaying any data. This issue is caused post upgrade. The item pricing conditions of the main item are not appearing there by not not allowing to manually add values at the billing document level thereby resulting in incomplete billing document and as a result accounting document cannot be posted.



Solution Analysis and Recommendations

The investigation and tests carried out in the old and upgraded versions revealed standard program bug in the upgraded version 605. The issue was identified in a standard include where code enhancements are present. The issue was requested to be escalated to SAP and a detailed write up was provided with examples from the old and upgraded versions showing the differences.

SAP had recommended to implement OSS note (1891688) to fix the issue. The note was implemented in NECNED and was tested. The issue was partially resolved - the items conditions appear for the main item but are grayed out meaning manual entries cannot be made. The issue has been escalated to SAP for a resolution.
